Feel free to save any of the files for future use. We do however want to point out that the best way to always have up-to-date models is to check our homepage before every order.
Generally the files contain all versions of each series and you pick/copy the version/configuration you need for your application. If you need a model, configuration or a format not included below please contact us (e2@e2systems.com) and we will send you the required information.

The file contains 32 different CAD-models. One CAD-model per configuration of the unit (choice of taper/integrated chuck and motor orientation). Pick the one(s) you need for your design.
Please observe that the units BE 48 and BEG 48 have the same exterior dimensions. The tooling is different, but as no tools are included in the CAD-models the same model can be used as for example both BE 482 and BEG 482.

|
The file contains 8 different CAD-models. One CAD-model per model in the series (BE(G) 552 and-5 plus BE(G) 558) as well as configuration of the unit (choice of taper and motor orientation). Pick the one(s) you need for your design.
Please observe that the units, or at least their exterior, BE 55 and BEG 55 are the same. The tooling is different, but as no tools are included in the CAD-models the same model can be used as for example both BE 552 and BEG 552.

Chucks
|
Some of E2´s units come with a chuck and for some of them you have to choose one for your application. The CAD models of the units show which chuck that is standard and which units that comes without. E2 offers several chucks for each unit and these can be downloaded here. Check for compatible chucks in the information about the E2 Product Line.

Drilling and Tapping units with Multi Spindle Head
|
E2´s drill and tapping units can be combined with Multi-spindle Heads for pattern drilling and for applications where the holes are to close to use two or more units side by side. We offer several adjustable heads and for applications where these don’t cover the pattern we offer fixed heads on request. To fit the head on a unit you need an adaptor. Due to the great number of combinations we can not offer CAD models for downloading, but we are glad to help you with a combination for your application. Just contact e2@e2systems.com and we will combine a 3D model for you.

Mountings for Drilling and Tapping units
|
E2 offers a series of equipment for mounting the E2 units. The mountings are stable and easily adjustable to orientate the units the way you like them. This equipment is complementary to the options the different units give for mounting in other ways. These ways are described in the catalogue for the specific units. The column dimension is Ø60 and we offer the length you request.
